David Faram – David has been in practice for more than 30 years, and has extensive experience in appearing in Civil, Criminal, Traffic and Family Law matters in the Supreme, County Magistrates, Federal Magistrates and Family Courts. Marshall Richards – Marshall has over 40 years experience as a legal practitioner and practises extensively in the area of Police and Traffic prosecutions, in the Magistrates Court. Marshall joined Faram Ritchie Davies in 2007 after running his own legal practice in Shepparton since 1970. Marshall's expertise also extends to a range of commercial matters such as leasing, insurance and commercial property disputes.
